Our dedicated team has extensive experience of working in HR, Employment Law and People Development. Each HR Consultant has a specialist set of skills and so there is always an expert who can support you, whatever the issue you are facing.
Our Team
Keith has over 35 years experience of HR consultancy work, so is an HR specialist with extensive knowledge of contracts of employment, policies and procedures. He also has vast experience of managing independent investigations into capability, disciplinary & grievances and assistance with employee disputes and redundancies.
Supported by Employment Law Specialists, Keith provides advice and guidance as well as hands on HR management support.
Fiona is a Chartered member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a MSc in Occupational Psychology. She has 20 years Human Resource experience and is a qualified workplace Mediator and Facilitator and Action Learning Facilitator.
Rachel is a qualified solicitor (non-practising) with 5 years PQE in private practice specialising in employment law and a further 12 years working experience within HR outsourcing and consultancy services. She is also a qualified Data Protection Practitioner with expert working knowledge of Data Protection in the Workplace.
